Voicemail Indicator Not Working

Voicemail Indicator Not Working

Even though there is a new voicemail message, it is not showing an indication on my phone.  When I pick up the handset there are no "beeps" indicating that I have a new voicemail, only a regular dial tone.  However, if I know there is a new message (someone told me they left one) I can listen to it and it also shows up under the readable voicemail, but no indicators on my phone.

 

Any assistance will be appreciated......thank you.

Thanks for the reply.  I just checked and everything seems to be working normally now.

For the issue you describe, call into Comcast and speak with a CSR to being the troubleshooting steps.  There are no options available to the end-user for this type of problem.
