Voicemail Indicator Flashing

Voicemail Indicator Flashing

I am having a problem with my voicemail indicator flashing and stutter tone, but when attempting to retrieve messages via *99 I am getting the message that there are no messages. How can I get this fixed? Thanks.

Most of the time, call your home and leaving a message.  Then retrive your message and delete it.  Most of the time the indicator will clear.

 

If it doesn't, then contact Comcast support, as they can clear it on the switch.

Thank you JayInAlg - that fixed our issue with the flashing voicemail indicator! It was driving us CRAZY!
