Voice2go settings not allow to activate Voice2go

Hello,

 

I have a friend that he can make outgoing with Xfinity connect. He explain to me that I have to activate it at User & Settings - Manage Voice2go, but the system said: "Voice 2go Service is not yet available but will be coming later this year for Xfinity Voice Unlimited customers!"

 

My friend and I have the same triple play service and can use this feature, but I can't. Please don't try to send me to customer support, because I did, and they even don't know what is voice2go.

There's no one here from Comcast that can check if it's available to you yet.

 

I thought it was only new subscribers getting it, and the remaining were not to get it until towards the end of the year.

 

Comcast will notify you when it is available to your account.
