Voice

I had exchanged modems a while ago.  My voice service has not worked ever with the new one.  I thought that it was my phone.  The phone light is flashing.  I didn't worry about it because my family had cell phones.  Today I wanted to use my home phone.  This is when I realized it is the modem.  Is there record of my returned modem and the exchange?

The members of the forum do not have access to your account information.  For this issue, it is best for you to call into Comcast directly and speak with a CSR.
