Voice/text message notification on the web page.

The Comcast web page shows that I have either voice or text messages.  This has been going on for several days now.  I've deleted any and all messages but the indicators number in the red box is still on the web page.  Is there any way to clear it?

OK - Finally figured it out.  We signed up for Nomorobo.  This process involved creating a second line/number.  We never use the number but apparently telemarketers and survey companies were calling it.  These were the notifications showing up on the Comcast home web page.  Once I found out how to check that other number and cleared it, they went away.
