Voice service quit showing on online account.

Voice service quit showing on online account.

About 6 weeks ago I noticed that the voice part of my package quit showing up on my online account. I pay for voice with a triple package and my phone line is working fine. It just does not show up on my online account. My paper bill is correct and shows I have voice. I have called 4 times and no one knows what to
do because when they look up my account, it shows the voice service. It is just no where on my online account. I can't use any online service
for voicemail. Please help me. It has become a joke calling because they keep saying it shows working to them.

unfortunately you have to keep calling until one decides to send it to a level 2 to get them to fix it. I have to call 3-4 times before they will fix my account. It seems like everytime I make any change to my account I will lose the online voice options.

When the regular customer service reps can't resolve a problem, send an email to the team at "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Include:

    Account number
    Full name
    Service address
    Best contact phone number and best time to call
    A description of the problem

One of their problem resolution specialists should contact you to follow up, usually by phone. They seem to be quite a bit sharper than the regular reps.
