Voice service not on account website

Voice service not on account website

I recently added Comcast Voice service. IT IS WORKING, but when I look on my Xfinity account webpage, it shows internet and TV but not voice. And users report that my caller ID comes across to them as "Local Harvest," rather than my name, although I got the number from Comcast.

It can take a couple of days for the DB to process and replicate... I wouldn't worry...

Concerning the callerid name, it is from the old user.... you can try to call into comcast to get that issue looked into.
