I've been trying since yesterday to get someone on the phone. Everytime, I end up being hung up on and my phone emmits a busy signal. I suspect I need a replacement modem. The phone continuously cuts off, stutters or has long periods of silence. It may come back on or it may go dead or busy. I have internet issues also, but they are very internmttent and I suspect, also modem related. If you'd just send me a replacement modem, with the password of my current modem, I can install it and return the defective unit. Please confirm via email. Phone is very undependable.
