Voice messages gone from the website - still accessible using phone

Voice messages gone from the website - still accessible using phone

I talked with a technician who agreed that there was a problem. We looked at XFinity Connect on my Android Tablet - which seemed to work. After hanging up with the tech, I noticed a little alert on the app telling me to log out and log in again. Did that and now ... no voice messages there either. I was having trouble getting any sound even though it looked like it was playing. 

 

Still getting the xfinity voice emails - just no way to manage or delete them ... other than one-by-one using the buttons on my landline phone. UGH!
