Voice message screen garbled

Voice message screen garbled

When I try to access Voice and Text from my Xfinity.com, I get a garbled screen where the left side of screen should show voice calls received, missed, answered, voice messages,  and trash. These prompt seem to be overlying and impossible to decipher. I have tried to use the Refresh button and have also tried Chat but no success. I have not called for support because of the waiting time issue. Any suggestions?

Go into your browser's settings and clear cache & history.. close browser.  Reopen browser and navigate back to Voice page and see if this helped.....    If not, your browser is interpreting the page incorrectly... you can install another browser and see if that works ( I use CHROME on WIndows 10 with no issues on the Xfinity Website ).

Re: Voice message screen garbled

You are absolutely correct. When I logged in to google chrome, I was able to access Voice without garbled screen. Do you think my prior browser needs updating? I prefer Internet Explorer because that's where all my favorites are displayed.

It is very possible if it's an older version of IE bu it could also be a number of other things causing this...  personally, I like Chrome much better than IE, mostly for the Extensions and not hving to update FLASH with every release of new versions.

BTW, you can "export" all of your favorites from IE into CHROME if you wish to do so. Smiley Wink
