Voice mail

I am unable to open my voice mail and listen to messages.  I keep getting a pop up on Smartzone saying it is wanting to install a program for my voice mail messaging and if I feel this is a secure sight to click the "x" to run the program. I am at my sisters house and tried to access it from her computer but the same thing occurs. Personally, I am not satisfied with Smartzone but that choice was Comcasts and not mine. However, I do not feel I should accept anything from an outside source to read and receive my voicemail messages that I am paying Comcast for and unable to receive. What is going on and can you fix this problem????
