The screen is telling me I have 54 voice mails, but when I attempt to go there, it says I'm not authorized.  What is the point of having it if I'm not authorized to use it?  This is ridiculous beyond belief!

Log into your account online and use the lookup tool here to see the account associated with the PRIMARY USER:  https://login.comcast.net/myaccount/lookup

 

If your username is not listed as the primary, you may need to ask the primary user to grant you the access rights.  If you are the primary user but only have secondary rights, you will need to call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about this issue.
