Voice mail setup

I have been trying to set up my voice mail for two weeks and I keep getting a message telling me that an error occurred, try again later. What is wrong with the system causing a problem that won't allow me to set up my voice mail?

Could be a couple of things that you cannot control.... Call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about the issue...  if calling into Comcast does not appeal, you can try the online chat by going here:  https://www.comcastsupport.com/ChatEntry/Protected.aspx
