Voice mail password reset

I am locked out of my voicemail. the instructions i received from chat are incomprehensible. have been on hold for a human for 30 minutes. can someone point me to online directions?

May I know, where exactly are you trying to access text voice mail?

 

Are able to access and view your Call records/Voice mails using your Phone or Caller ID or digitalvoice.comcast.net or Xfinity Voice?
