Voice mail number of rings -

Stupid question I guess -  How do I get to "xfinity connect" to change my voice mail number of rings?

Hello,

This is very simple.

1. Go to xfinity connect

2. Click on preference tab

3. Click on call manager on the left side

4. Make the change in the number of rings to what ever you want

5. Click on save in the upper tab.

I'm unable to change the number of rings since the options for changing # of rings is greyed out.  How can I change it?

Yes, loggin in to primary account.  Click on Voice icon--Call Manager--Preferences and all of the options are greyed out:  # rings, language answer, message playback, etc.
