I am not able to access voice mail in SmartZone. I'm am not seeing any error messages other than "Voice mail is not available but you can still access call logs and calling management features in the call manager preferences."

I'm a computer tech, and one of the first things that is taught is to document all solutions. Comcast doesn't do this? It surely makes life easier.
I guess I'll just wait for the tech's phone call.
