Voice mail indicator web setting missing?

A couple months ago, I had the "voice mail indicator stuck on" problem. I went to the xfinity site to check things out, and somewhere there I found a page that  let one manually set or reset the indicator. I hit the reset button, and the indicator went off. Yay!


Well, now I've got the stuck indicator again...and I cannot find that darned setting on the web site. I had thought it was one or accessible from the voice mail page, but I don't see it there now. I do note that the page looks different than I recall, so I wonder if there has been a redesign and the indicator control was left out?


So...has the indicator control gone away in a redesign, or am I just misremebering what page it is on? If the latter, anyone know where it is?
