I have not been able to access voice mail from the web interface for months. I got tired of calling support. When I log in it says voice mail not available. But I can get it from my phone. Please help me get this fix
The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get the right people to get it fixed.

I am also having this problem. On the website my voicemail area has "Voice mail is not available." in the window. I can check voicemail from my phone but this is not so easy when I am not at home!

When ever you have a issues specific to you, you should be making a new post for most visiblity. You posted onto someone elses post that was already being taken care of, and that doesn't get the visibility to get your specific issue fiixed, you just interfered with the original poster. Me Too's here don't work well.
