Voice call history

Voice call history

I haven't been able to see voice history for several weeks. I've chatted and talked to 3 (maybe 4) customer service reps who keep telling me that my issue is being sent to a higher level. Still not working. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread or via Private Message from a Comcast Official Employee.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing. Hi amalham, I have added the proper codes on one of our back end systems, could you please retest and let me know if you are able to see your call logs?

Try deleting the browser's cache/history and close the session.  Reopen the browser and see if the logs are displaying then.

no error messages. no tabs missing. see screen shot (without phone number). Advise.

Same problem.  Event though I am logged in, the upper corner says "Hello Guest."   Even if I login from https://vm.connect.comcast.net/

Just for information I now use the app on my phone to delete the calls. It seems to work better than the on line version

Having the same issue.  Called a month ago and they said it would be corrected and dowloaded - never happened.

Called again today and got a ticket # to follow up with.

Call into Comcast and give the CSR your ticket number and ask that this be escalated to a higher level of support since it was ignored.

Hi pmell20, I have corrected a discrepancy on our system, could you please retest and let me know if you see a difference?  If you are still not able to see your call logs please respond to my private message.
