Have not be able to access Xfinity voice service all day

You could try resetting the modem by depressing the reset switch until all the liights except the battery / power light extinguish. The switch is in a small hole on the back. Use a toothpick or ballpoint pen.

I still have no voice mail internet access. It was not taken care of and is going on two weeks.

I keep receiving the reference code SCC-0302 and that the system is temporarily unable to display voice mail records.  If the problem persists please contact customer service with the above reference code.

Comcast support just told me the CallManager is down for maintenance.
