Voice Service Does not Show at Xfinity.com

Voice Service Does not Show at Xfinity.com

We recently switched from Business class to Home service.  We have the triple play.  I am paying for the triple play, yet when I log on to my account it does not show Voice services.  Because of this, I cannot access my Voice Mail online or through any of the apps.

 

I have spent the better part of 6 hours on the phone with Tech support.  I have been disconnected 7 times with no return call.  NOT a single technician has any idea how to solve my problem.  

 

My time is money as I am missing work to take care of this issue.  I have paid my bill in full for the last two months with incomplete services.

 

I am beyone frustrated and aggreivated.  I no longer no what to do or ask.

 

I also know I am not the only person with this issue.  There have been no solutions on those posts.

 

I need to be able to get my VM while I am out of the house. Simple as that.

 

I need a response.

 

We have reactivated the modem.  Reprovisioned the modem.  Checked services on my account.

 

HELP.  Please.
