Voice Pin Problem

Voice Pin Problem

I can not access my account, Voice Pin # is blocking me. When I try to get the code to access the pin # it want to e-mail it to a comcast.net account I do not have access to or call me on a telephone number at home (which there is not a physical phone hook-up at). How do I get rid of the e-mail "comcast.net" on my account? and how do I get a Voice pin number sent

to my cell phone?

Since you are trying to receive a PIN by not using thre Comcast automated system, call into Comcast and speak with a CSR about your needs.  Numbers are 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489
