Voice Mails have Incorrect Time

The time stamp on my voice mail messages is an hour behind the current time.  This started happening when Daylight Savings Time began and we set our clocks one hour ahead.  Can anyone tell me how I can fix my voice mail message system so that the time received on my messages is correct?   I'd appreciate any help.  Thanks.

Thank you.  I received a call from a Comcast representative (Billie) and she made the necessary correction to fix my voice mail time setting.   When the time changed to DST, for some reason, my account was overlooked in the system time change rollout.

Billie said to give her fix a couple of days to take effect.  If it isn't corrected in a couple of days to call back.  Thanks again.  I appreciate your help.

The time and date are set in my voicemail; but the time is one hour behind.  Instead of announcing that the call came in at 10:30 am, the system announces that it was 9:30 am.  The time on my phone and my Windows 10 PC are both correct.  The only time not correct is the playback for my voice mails.  Hope this clarifies my problem.  Thanks for your help.

If I understand right, you're saying that you've done those steps from that link and the date/time is still incorrect?

That's correct.  Problem seems to have started when we changed to Daylight Savings Time on March 13, 2015.  It seems like the voice mail system never changed the clock settings to Daylight Savings Time.  Is that possible?

I suppose it's possible but yours is the first I've heard of that. I've created a support ticket to have this issue addressed.
