Voice Mail Issues

My voice mail doesn't pick up until after at least 8 rings. I want it to pick up after 4 rings. I could not find a way to change this in the prompts or in the help section online. HELP PLEASE!

Log into your account online and goto:  https://pf.connect.comcast.net/OptimusPref/prefs/voice

 

Click on EDIT for Call Forwarding and Rings

 

Find your home number and click on the pencil to the right... you can then select the number of rings there and click SAVE
