Voice 2go and text not working

Voice 2go and text not working

Anytime I tried to make a phone call with Comcast conect (device is connected to the internet) I get the pop up Voice 2Go Unable to connect your call at this time. Please try again later (11700)

 

The bar is half red in my Ipad and Iphone.  Also can not send text.

 

I deleted the app and installed again.

 

I desactivated voice to go and activate again, delte the appa again and reinstalled and still the message "unable to call at this time"
