Caller ID does not come up my TV screen when the phone rings

If it has worked in the past, then unplug the set top box for a minute, then power it up and test it in 30 minutes after the apps reload.

 

 

If it has never worked, then first confirm you have Motorola or Pace set top box.  The UCID is not available on Scientific Atlanta / Cisco equipment at this time.

 

If your Motorola or Pace box doesn't start working after the power cycle, report back and it will be escalated.
