VOICEMAIL CALL LOGS SHOW PHANTOM PHONE CALLS

I hope someone can help me with this.  I've been noticing phone calls placed from my Comcast landline to specific numbers in my address book.  I haven't made a phone call to these numbers in years.  At first I thought it was a fluke, but today, I noticed it again.  One of the calls went out at today 2:04 AM and yesterday to another number at 6:34 pm.  Both numbers (separate contacts) were connected to a previous employment.  I was viewing this activity on my pc under Xfinity Voice in call history.  What's really weird, is when I select just placed calls, I see similar activity going out at 2:04 AM and 6:34 PM but to different numbers.  I took screen shots of this to show a Comcast rep. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
