If you phone is equipped with a VM indicator light it will be lit, or if you pick up the handset you will hear a "stutter" tone before the dial tone indicating a VM has been left for you...

Thanks.  I am not hearing the 3 short beeps so I never know when I have a voicemail.

You can do 1 of 2 things first....

 

1.  Power cycle your modem/gateway..allow to reacquire connection and test it out....

2.   You can call into Comcast and have them refresh your acount information to all of your devices... this ususally does the trick.
