My Voice Mail Message Waiting Light worked normally when Comcast account set up and for several weeks. However, the light no longer works. VM system appears to works normally, but alert light never illuminates and when I pick uip the phone, the dial tone is steady. I dial *99 and find I have message(s). I have reset Arris modem several times. I have down powered modem, including removing battery for several minutes, but problem continues. Not sure if I need my UCID reset/reprogrammed or????
Are you getting a studdertone when there is a VM waiting?
