Upgraded and now no tone.

Upgraded and now no tone.

Upgraded to the new Voice/Internet modem....Internet works awesome....No Phone thou...call the house and it doesn't even ring, and goes to voice mail, and no dail tone on house phone. rest set the modem twice...still nothing...

Did you just add telephone service or did you  replace your modem?  What are the telephone 1 and telephone 2 lights doing on your modem?  You could try plugging a telephone directly into the back of the modem if you have not already done so to see if that works.  If that does not work, you should call Comcast and make sure that your telephone line is activated.
