Upgrade HASSLE and MISTAKE!

I have had nothing but problems with Comcast since Nov. 23rd when I made the worst mistake by thinking that switching my land line would make my life easier and my bills cheaper.  I  ALWAYS get the run around by Cust Service, told that I completed E911, to find out that was incorrect, told 4x's that my self install kit was sent but in fact, IT WAS NOT.  Told I would receive calls back, never happened.  Now they say they are Overnighting my self install kit, we shall see!!    Best of all....we have not had phone service since last Thurs as Comcast placed the order with Frontier to have it ported then!
