I'm getting pretty disappointed with the comcast voice system.  It seems like it goes down a lot.  Further, my caller ID on the TV worked for only a few days after installation.  I'm starting to wonder about U-Verse.  Any help on the way?

We just totally terminated our AT&T service after 8 weeks of complete frustration.  Xfinity voice does have problems, but in our experience the AT&T problems were far worse.  Personally I don't think that any of the available residential phone services are any good.  Carl

I have been trying to get service transfered for two weeks from old house to new house. Over 8 hours on the phone and 36 seperate calls. Then the wrong numbers were set up. Now they say they will see if they can get the old numbers back. These are business numbers. Anyone know a good lawyer. Be sure to tell all your friends to stay away from Comcast.
