Unoperable voice mail

Unoperable voice mail

I sat up Voicemail as directed by video. However, when my land line phone is called, the only  result is that it is redirected.  When checking this new site by using *99, I am told that I have a "message" but there is nothing there.  Also, when dialed, there is no greeting...only the referral.

Message playback skip/delete:

3 = skip ahead 10 seconds
33 = skip to end of message
# = skip entire message
77 = delete message while playing
