Universal ID Problem

Why do I get the following message some time when I turn on my computer on the universal caller id?

(You were logged out because another PC logged in using the same username/password. [CIDPC 040])

When I click on connect the message goes away. No other computer is on in my home.

Anytime I put on my PC, it asks me to give my username.  Since I requested for the Universal Caller ID, I have never seen a telephone number show on my T.V..

 

What do I have to do?
