Unable to use XFinity Connect Voice


Unable to use XFinity Connect Voice

Unable to use voicemail control on Xfinity Connect.    When I click upon voice in the menu I receive a message telling me that voicemail is temporarily unavailable and Comcast is working on the problem.  When I click on voice to set preferences I am advised that I have not a subscriber to Xfinity Voice. 


I cannot forward my calls, register a mobile phone, receive text apparently because of this problem.


Service was installed on December 1, never has worked.  I;ve3 already called tech told I would receive a response in 24 hours. None as of yet
