Unable to install CID

Unable to install CID

for the past three days I have been unable to install CID. I am a Triple Play customer so I should be able to get it. When I click on the Download, it just says it's "installing" and that goes on for hours. This shouldn't be so darn difficult to do, should it.

 

I've been reading the stickies and posts and can't seem to find an answer there so if anyone else can offer some advice, it would be appreciated. But, please don't tell me I have to call CS as those folks don't seem to know much of anything and only serve to further frustrate me.

Hello,

In order for you to have caller id you must meet the following requirement:

1. Motorola or a pace set top box

Smacking myself!!! Thanks for the response. I had just got updated cable boxes and modem and could have sworn the HD box was a Motorola, but, I just double checked and it's a Cisco. Being disabled the CID on the TV would have been so nice to have, but, I've lived without it this long so I guess I just won't worry about it now. Thanks again.
