Unable to hear voice mail either digital voice ctr or smartzone

I am freaking out because I log in to my voice mail.  Click on the message I want to listen to.

                                                                      Click on the play button (arrow)

        Then the little timer moves right along but I can't hear a word. 

 

I have checked my volume, my speakers, setup, so what am I missing? Do I need some software plug or is it a firewall issue (which doesn't make sense since the message is playing only I can't hear it).

 

No I am not deaf,   I am really getting tired of this.  You really should call it dumbzone.

Sorry, just very frustrated.

Do you have the same problem for all your voice messages?

If you save the message to your computer and then play it, can you hear it? what is the file size?

Can you hear the messages using a telephone?
