Unable to forward calls via web preferences

Unable to forward calls via web preferences

The ability to forward calls to a number is broken under preferences --> voice on the website.  After typing a number and enable, there is a message "There was an error saving changes" and automatically disables.  The selective call forwarding works but I am not about to enter every number that calls to forward to my cell.  Any advice?

Your forwarding issue is unique to your account.

 

Please contact Comcast support and they will need to either fix it, or put in a ticket with the proper group to get it fixed.

I have been having the exact problem. It's annoying at best. I hope they fix it for you.

Fixed the problem by instead logging in with user name, after clicking voice on main page, to use phone number and password on the right and it takes you to a differrent voice settings page. There, the call fowarding works.
