Unable to access voice mail through SmartZone

Unable to access voice mail through SmartZone

My wife and I have been trying to work with customer service for three weeks now to get this fixed.  Nothing works.

 

We have already setup voicemail on our phone number and I am able to retrieve voicemail via the home phone but not online through Smartzone.  SmartZone still shows a temporary number that shouldn't be part of our account at all.
