Unable to access voice features online

Unable to access voice features online

When I access Xfinity Connect, I click on the "Voice" tab, it takes me to a upsell screen to order Xfinity Voice.  When I access my account via Xfinity Mobile on my Ipad, it also says I am not a voice customer and provides a link to sign up.

Please help.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get it corrected.

 

They or someone local will be contacting you either on this post or calling you.

I have the same problem! No access to most voice features (call waiting, online access to voicemail).
