Unable to access "voice" online

Unable to access "voice" online

I see where people are not able to access their voicemails online but I can't even get past the loading page when I click on voice.  I used to be able to see my list of calls and block numbers or listen to voicemails.  Now I can't even get to the "voice" section.

I have had this problem for sometime now but still get billed everymonth for this service FIX IT or get rid of it!!!!!
