Unable to access Xfinity Connect Voice

Unable to access Xfinity Connect Voice

Everytime I go to Xfinity Connect Voice on my laptop at home I get a window that leads me to an offer to puchase phone service.I have been a customer for years.It has been this way for about a month now. I have made numerus phone calls and chats to Comcast but nobody seems to be able to solve the problem. 

 

When I select Voice in Xfinity Connect this is the result:

I must ask the obvious question before I can move your post to the correct forum for escalation to Comcast Official Employees.....   Do you subscribe to Comcast Digital Voice Services ?

Yes, I subscribe to phone service, internet & cable tv.
