Unable to access Voicemail via SmarZone Communication Center

The system is temporarily unable to display voice mail records. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service with the reference code SCC-0302.

 

This just started up today doing this, yesterday I could access my voice mail but was unable to delete anything.

 

Why is this happening?

There was a brief intermittent voicemail issue in smartzone yesterday due to a failed loadbalancer.  This issue has been resolved and all should be working normally.
