Ugh! Customer Service is lousy!

Ugh! Customer Service is lousy!

Why can't I talk to a human being? I am losing customers daily as my customers try and try to call and the phone rings on their side we always pick up the phone when it rings and we have two lines with the ability to leave a voicemail.. These are all verizon customers why can they not call my business and get through?

These are user-to-user forums, not direct links to Comcast.  Your best bet is to call into Comcastic and register a trouble ticket and get it escalated to Tier 2......

Is this new service? Business Class or residential?
