I RECEIVED THIS LETTER IN THE MAIL TO UPGRADE. JUST SIGN IN AND IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO. WELL THAT DOES NOT WORK. ONCE YOU ARE LOGGED IN A MESSAGE WILL BE DISPLAYED TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. I WISH IT WOULD BE THAT EASY BUT IT NEVER IS.HELP

It has beebn repoted that onine upgrading doesn't always work.... your best bet is to call into Comcast and speak with a CSR who can then explain all of the options and plans avaiilable to save you $$$....
