UNABLE TO CONNECT TO COMCAST CALL CENTER

I typically go to the Comcast call center to retrieve my call logs from the received (not just answered or just missed, but ALL CALLS) and download them in a text format, an option not offered on the current website layout.  I then copy the text file into a Excel spreadsheet for further filtering and processing. Since Comcast has changed their website to this new format I am now getting an authorization failure when I attempt to go there. Now it wants to just PRINT either answered or just PRINT missed calls as separate lists to your printer instead of offering to download it as a composite text file. Also, there is no convenient way to get to this part of the call center where this list resides. Instead, I have to go through multiple steps to get there. When does Comcast plan to fix this ?
