Two phone lines with roll over feature

Does Comcast offer "roll over" feature for two phone lines?
I want to have ONE phone number for friends and family (and for the intercom in my building), but if I'm already on the phone, I don't want call waiting beeeping, I'd like it to ring on the second line and my wife can pick it up.

 

I know Comcast can give me a second line, but I don't want to have two different phone numbers....Also, if I'm out and two people call at the same time, I'd like to be able to call just one voice mail number and get messages from both phones.

Is this possible?

Thanks for any help, I can't seem to find the information anywhere on the Xfinity site.

Line hunting is only available on Business Class phone service, not residential.
