Two comcast accounts can't forward back and forth

well, I have triple play at two homes. The problem is that when I have created call forwarding using the *72 app, I cannot cancel so that I can than forward calls back to the first home.  When I call my home from my othet home, I get busy as it is set to forward calls back to the home I am now calling from. have I confused everyone now. i can't figure a way around this and I am back and forth several times a month. Any help??

If the *72 / *73 doesn't work out, then you might be able to forward and un-forward from the digital voice center web page http://digitalvoice.comcast.net under preferences / forward calls.
