Turn of call forwarding

I want to turn off my call forwarding.  I make the changes and it starts Saving the new settings, but it never finishes and call forwarding is still enable.  I  don't want to forward calls, but send them directly to voicemail.

You can do this:

Deactivate Call Forwarding From Your Home Telephone

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Press *73.
  3. You will hear a confirmation message that Call Forwarding has been deactivated.
