Trouble with my phone.

Trouble with my phone.

Hello,

I am having problem with my phone.  I am having a dial tone and seems to dial but I cannot hear any ringing.  My son says it rings but no one on the phone.  I tried to call me and caller id on tv did not show. I tried to answer the phone but I could not hear anyone..  Can you help me?

Hello there,

 

I just did a reset on your gateway. The reset may have corrected the issues you were experiencing.

 

Can you let me know if your phone service is any better?

Hello there,
